This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account.

9.2 Liability Cap

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or to prevent imminent harm.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SaasTemplate regarding the Service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

14.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, or government actions.
